This agreement is binding, and failure to meet its terms will allow Dana Skoglund to take certain recourse including expulsion without refund.

All payment installments will be made on time understanding that this means on or before the due date established. Failure to make payments on or before the due date will affect your enrollment status.

Late payments will incur a fee of $15 every month.

Insufficient payment and bounced checks will incur a fee of $25.00 and $35.00 for each subsequent occurrence.

If payment should not be delivered at all, Dana Skoglund will be entitled to take action, such as contacting a debt collection service, and/or expulsion without refund.
